RxManager is software. It organizes contract terms, cost drivers, missing information, and renewal questions so you and your benefits team can prepare for PBM, advisor, audit, and renewal conversations. The information surfaced is for orientation and review only.

RxManager is not a PBM, PBO, broker, benefits advisor, consultant, or managed-service provider. It does not provide clinical, legal, or financial advice. It does not guarantee savings, audit outcomes, or renewal results. It does not represent you in negotiations.

You agree to use RxManager for legitimate business purposes, to provide accurate information when you set up your account and plan context, and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the product, interfere with its operation, or use it to mislead other parties.

Decisions about your pharmacy benefit stay with you and your benefits team. That covers PBM selection, contract terms, formulary design, audit scope, and renewal direction. RxManager surfaces information and questions; it does not make these decisions for you.

RxManager is in early access. Features, service levels, and surfaces may change as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or unplanned downtime can occur.

RxManager is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the product is error-free, complete for any specific use, or fit for a particular benefits decision. The information shown should be reviewed by you and your benefits team before action is taken.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here. Continued use of RxManager after an update means you accept the updated terms.
