How RxManager handles your information.

When you create an account and use RxManager, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes your name, work email, organization, role, and the plan-context fields you choose to enter. Those fields cover headcount band, industry, current PBM, broker or advisor relationship, fiduciary committee status, and renewal timing.

We also collect basic product-usage data, such as which surfaces you open, which documents you generate, and which review actions you take. This information helps us keep the product working and improve it.

Account and plan-context information is used to personalize the review surfaces you see. The more accurate your plan context, the more relevant the contract terms, cost drivers, missing-information prompts, and renewal questions we surface for you and your benefits team.

Product-usage data is used to operate, secure, and improve RxManager. We do not sell your information.

RxManager does not negotiate on your behalf, share your plan data with PBMs, brokers, benefits advisors, or other service partners, or trade your information for placement. The product is a control layer for your benefits team, not a marketplace.

Inside your organization, the people you invite to your RxManager workspace can see the plan context and review work you put in it. Inside our company, access is limited to the staff who need it to support and improve the product. We use established cloud infrastructure providers to run the service.

You can update your plan context at any time from the Plan Context surface inside the product. If you want a copy of your account information or want it deleted, contact us and we will respond.
